Our team takes the time to understand your needs and preferences and then cultivates a tailored model to ensure value and time are optimized. We do not believe that one size fits all when it comes to liquidating inventory.

Discover
We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and goals, embedding ourselves in their every day operations to understand what makes their business tick.
Our team of experts shadow the company's inventory for several weeks while our account managers focus on sales and warehouse ineffectiveness. Our senior experts then perform an inventory analysis to gain access to their business accounts — in preparation of creating a sales plan.
Once the full audit is complete, we report back with a comprehensive plan and, more importantly, a recovery strategy.

Build
Based off of the discovery phase, we develop a comprehensive roadmap for each product and start working towards delivery.
Every client is assigned a dedicated Key Account Manager with the aim of maintaining open and clear communication channels. Their role is central in providing transparency on the project's progression. This individual serves as a liaison between the client and thesales team, aiding in managing the client's inquiries and needs. The sales team, in turn, concentrates on evaluating and integrating with our potential buyers.
Our account managers are available to review your dedicated plan and dashboard.

Deliver
We provide our clients with access to a comprehensive dashboard where they can effortlessly track updates and feedback related to their project. The dashboard offers real-time insights into purchase orders, invoices, and essential sales data, enabling a transparent and efficient monitoring process.
Included in this phase
- Purchase Orders. Our projects goals are to produce orders from our retail partners.
- Sales Timeline. We provide a timeline for the sell through of the entire project.
- Support. Support staff will be available until the end of the agreement.
